Larry Smith is the vice president of product development for Risk Perspectives where he is responsible for leading our engineering team in creating intellectual process software for business process owners and their advisors.
Working with clients through Arthur Andersen and KPMG, he brings over 25 years of team leadership as a senior management consultant, risk control expert and business risk analyst working with CEOs, financial process owners, operational process owners and supply chain process owners in manufacturing, aerospace & defense, insurance, CPG, distribution, media & entertainment and high technology. Larry has a proven track record in identifying constraints and risks within business process architectures; creating resilient processes; and designing efficient information flows to improve transparency for stakeholder decision making.
He actively engages with clients to help them achieve process excellence in their critical thinking.
