Reza trained with PwC before leaving in 2008 to buy into a small traditional firm near Southampton called Walji & Co. In the years since he has transformed the firm completely – trebling turnover and achieving net profit margins of 50%. He has managed to systemize the firm so it can run largely without him and now dedicates his time to coaching and mentoring other accounting firm owners to do the same.
