Doug McVadon was named president of Dorrier Underwood in 2016. He has been a consultant with Dorrier Underwood since 1997, working with executives and managers to achieve breakthroughs in communication, performance and productivity. He is a seasoned public speaker and program leader, with experience in Europe and Asia.
Doug has worked with entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 firms in a variety of fields, including architecture, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. His expertise includes coaching executives, teambuilding, training groups in effective communication and leading large-scale culture change initiatives.
Prior to joining the Dorrier Underwood team, Doug had a distinguished 18-year career in broadcast news, beginning as a radio newsman, then moving into television as an anchor, editor, and news producer.
