Jennifer Baker has over 15 years of People Experience. Starting her career early as a journalist, she went into the public relations space and finally landed in the HR world as a recruiter. She then took that passion for her candidates and turned her focus inward to colleagues as an Engagement and Experience leader in NA for Sage. She runs the leader engagement side for Sage and works with leadership in response to our survey that we put out twice a year and also works on the program side in response to colleague needs and feedback from the survey.
