Jim Woodhead is the manager of the professional services team at DSD Business systems where he oversees all the activities relating to the implementation and the technical support for their customers for the Sage 100 product line and related software packages that integrate with Sage 100. He has been with DSD for 30 years. 

He is also the events director for 90 Minds, an association of Sage Partners focused mostly on Sage 100.
